Group Packages
Casa San Pablo is a quaint country inn with resort facilities in San Pablo, Laguna. It is not a hotel but a bed & breakfast for guests who want to experience small town living. Standard accommodations are single beds or bunk beds. For twin bed requirements, please specify upon reservation. All rooms have air-conditioning and private toilet and bath as well as running hot water. Lastly, all rooms have TV with cable.

For group teambuilding activities, seminars, workshops, retreats, family reunions, or weddings, special packages can be arranged. We also organize events and tours for special interest groups. For instance, we can arrange experiential ropes course activities or exclusive acoustic concerts during your stay; you can also try our cooking tour.

We accept one-day seminars as well as lectures and product launches.

MEAL ARRANGEMENTS
All meals are served family-style or buffet. We serve traditional Laguna dishes, should you have any dietary requirements, please inform us one week before your visit.

Drinks will be charged on a per order basis. Cost of drinks range from P50 for bottled drinks and P65 for canned drinks.

All prices subject to 3% local tax and 10% service charge.

CONFERENCE ROOM & EQUIPMENT

• For group packages, use of conference room for minimum of 12 straight hours is subject to P3,000++ rental fee. LCD projector and screen is free of use for 12 straight hours. Extension fee of PhP500 per hour shall be charged in excess of allotted number of hours. The allotted 12 hours may not be broken down or credited for the following day. For use of 4 hours (minimum) the following day, rental fee is P2,000++ only.

• Guests may rent projector from Casa San Pablo at P3,000++ for 12 straight hours. Sound system may be provided free of charge.

DRIVER'S ACCOMMODATIONS

• Meals (plate service) P150++  per meal
• Drivers are required to book a bed-space at P600++/night and are not allowed to stay overnight inside their vehicles.

Please note:

• Check-in time is 11:30 AM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Guests are required to surrender their keys prior to checking out. Guests who arrive earlier than the check-in time can stay in the lounge area and can begin using the facilities while waiting for check-in time. Special arrangements for check-in and check-out time can be arranged depending on availability of rooms. Subject for approval by the management.
• Key deposit is required at P500 / key, refundable upon checkout. Remote control deposit of P500/room is required as well. Upon check-out, key, remote and batteries must be presented to Jaina/Ronnie.
• Guests are required to deposit full payment upon confirmation. Only 50% of full payment may be refunded if booking is cancelled.
• Guests may arrive before check-in time and may stay in the premises of Casa San Pablo until their room is available.
• Casa San Pablo's veranda is now a free wi-fi zone.
• LCD TV may be available for use in the dining area upon request. All rooms are equipped with television sets.
• Bringing in of food and drinks, including snacks are not allowed.
• No charge for kids below 1 year old. Half-rate for kids below 12 years old.
• Casa San Pablo provides towels for the guests. Toiletries, however, are not included in this package.
• Bringing in of pets in Casa San Pablo is subject to management's approval. An additional payment of P500 per pet is required for maintenance. Pet owners may only be booked in rooms 12, 13, 16, and/or 17. A waiver must be signed by the pet owners upon checking in waiving CSP of any liabilities, harm, damaged caused by the pet. Casa San Pablo may, at anytime, request the pet owners and his/her pet to leave the premises if need be. All pets must be on leash when outside the guest room/s. The owners agree to pay damages incurred, cost of which is to be determined by CSP management.
• CSP has the prerogative to charge a premium over and above the standard rate for special dietary requirements.
